Alicia Miguélez

Alicia Miguélez holds a PhD in Art History from the University of León (2009) . She is currently Assistant Professor (tenured) at the Art History Department of the Universidade NOVA de Lisboa (NOVA FCSH) and Researcher at the Institute of Medieval Studies at the same institution. Her research interests include medieval visual culture; technical art history; and the reception of the Middle Ages in early modern and modern cultures.
