The Queen’s Resources 2
The Economic Power of Royal Women in Premodern World
Following the success of the conference The Queen’s Resources held in Winchester in September 2022 by the “Examining the Resources and Revenues of Royal Women in Premodern Europe” (RRRW) project, a new edition will be held at the University of Lisbon on 25-27 October 2023 in a “hybrid” format. This new event will be organized by the Research Group “Court Studies and Diplomacy” of the Center for History of the University of Lisbon.
This event aims to provide a venue for RRRW project participants to present their latest research and for scholars working on related topics who may be interested in joining this developing initiative.
