Marco Paulo de Oliveira Franco Mendes dos Santos completed his Master’s degree in Military History in 2022 at the School of Arts and Humanities of the University of Lisbon. He graduated with a degree in History in 2019 from the Open University. He is a Social Reintegration Technician at the Ministry of Justice. He works in the field of Humanities with an emphasis on History.
